1. Academic Resource Person (ARP) - for Career Counseling
No of Posts: 147 posts

Pay: Rs. 25000/- per month

Educational Qualification: Minimum at-least Graduation with certificate of diploma in Career Counseling/PG Diploma in Counseling or Masters in Psychology (preferred). Preferred minimum of one-year experience in providing career/educational counseling to students at schools.

NOTE: If it is a graduate with a diploma - at least 5 years of teaching/counseling experience. If Master's, 1 year of relevant experience.

Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2024.

Place of posting: As Block Resource Coordinators in the 147 education blocks under Samagra Shiksha Axom.

Tenure of Service: Tenure should be one year to cover the entire academic session.

2. Additional Resource Person  (ARP)

Pay: Rs. 20000/- per month

Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Additional Resource Person must be Graduate from a Recognized University and

• The candidate must have special qualification of minimum 1 (One) year Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number.
• Candidates must have Minimum 3 years working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP.

Preference: Female candidates with disability & sibling of a disabled person or a person having a child with disability and having requisite qualification will be given priority.

Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 62 years of age as on 01-01-2024.

3. Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP)
No of Posts: 31 posts

Pay: Rs. 15000/- per month

Educational Qualification: The minimum educational qualification for IE (Inclusive Education) Assistant Additional Resource Person must be Graduate from a Recognized University and

• The candidate must have special qualification like 1 (One) Yr. Diploma in Special Education in any category of disability with valid RCI CRR number.

Preference:
• Candidates have working experience in any Govt. Organization/NGO working in the field of disability/ SSA/DPEP.
• Female candidates with disability & sibling of a disabled person or a person having a child with disability and having requisite qualification will be given priority.

Selection Process of Samagra Shiksha Assam Recruitment 


➢ Only eligible candidates will have to appear in test/interview, the exact date of which will be communicated separately.

➢ A candidate must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient
discharge of his/ her duties as an Officer of the service.

➢ The exact date & time of the Test/ Interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates separately.

Instructions for short-term training courses:


(i) Each course will be conducted under the supervision of a Course Director identified by the University.

(ii) Video lectures/demonstrations prepared by the course teachers on selected topics related to the course curriculum will be made available to the learners.

(iii) At least one online lecture cum interaction of minimum one hour duration will be organized, preferably in the first week of beginning of a course at a convenient time decided and announced in advance by the Course Director.

(iv) A WhatsApp group will be created by the Course Director for each batch of learners for mutual communication.

(v) For each course, the registered learners will have to undergo in-campus practical training for at least 3-7 days, preferably towards the end of the course. Travel, accommodation and food expenses for the purpose will have to be borne by the learners.


Instructions for certificate training courses:


(i) Each course will be conducted under the supervision of a Course Director identified by the University.
 
(ii) Self-learning PowerPoint presentations and video lectures/demonstrations prepared by the course teachers on selected topics related to the course curriculum will also be made available to the learners.

(iii) At least one online lecture cum interaction of minimum one hour duration will be organized, preferably on the 2nd Saturday of every month at a convenient time decided and announced in advance by the Course Director.

(iv) A WhatsApp group will be created by the Course Director for each batch of learners for mutual communication.

(v) The registered learners will also have access to the study centres (to be established) of selected campuses of AAU during the period of the ongoing course.

(vi) For each course, the registered learners will have to undergo in-campus training for at least 10 days as and when offered. However, this will preferably be arranged towards the end of the course. Travel, accommodation and food expenses for the purpose will have to be borne by the learners.

Qualification: HSS/XII Board or equivalent examination passed with minimum 45% of marks in any stream from a recognized Institute/ Board.

Desirable Qualification:

• Preference shall be given to applicants having experience in Government/ Govt. Undertaking/ Private organizations.
• Capacity of working with multitasking responsibilities.
• Basic computer knowledge/ driving skill will be preferred.

Pay Structure: Fixed 15,000/- with 3% annual increment in case of continuation.

1. Accountant
No. of Post: 1

Qualification:

• M.Com from a recognized University with minimum 55 % marks or equivalent grade. 
• Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 (Six) months duration with good knowledge of Tally software. 

Experience:  

 Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification working experience in budgeting, accounting, financial management for large scale programmes/ projects etc. In reputed institutions/ organizations.  
 Preference shall be given to applicants having;

 → Experience of working in Government programmes or externally aided projects. 
 → Knowledge of Government accounting, Income Tax, GST & other taxations. 

Pay: Fixed Rs.25,000/- per month with 3% of annual increment in case of continuance.

2. MIS Programmer

Qualification: BCA/B.Sc. (IT)/ B.Tech (IT) or equivalent degree from a recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% of marks or equivalent grade.  
 
Experience:  

• Minimum 3 years of post qualification experience in IT domain specially in preparing IT strategy/ e-governance/ rolling IT implementation/ MIS, Data Analytics. 
• Preference shall be given to applicants having experience in procurement of IT equipment.  
 
Pay: Fixed Rs.30,000/- per month with 3% of annual increment in case of continuance .
Age: The maximum upper age limit of the applicant shall not exceed 40 years as on 1st January 2024. 

3. Jr. Administrative Assistant

Qualification:

• Graduate (Arts/ Science/ Commerce) from a recognized University with minimum of 55% of marks or equivalent grade.  
• Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 (Six) months duration with knowledge of Tally software.  
 
Experience:  

• Minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification experience in office management/ drafting/ budgeting/ financial management/ accounts and audit in Government or the corporate sector.  
• Preference shall be given to applicants;  
 
 → Working in similar capacity in Government projects/ PSU/ExternalIy aided projects.  
 → Having experience of working with Tally software.  
 → Having knowledge of Government accounting, income Tax, GST & other taxations.
