IBPS going to conduct the examination of Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) tentatively in the month of August & October. Eligible candidates who interested to work in RRBs are required to register for Common Recruitment Process (CRP).
1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Proficiency in local language.
- Computer knowledge is desirable.
2. Officer Scale I - Assistant Manager
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Proficiency in local language.
- Computer knowledge is desirable.
3. Officer Scale-II - General Banking Officer (Manager)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream or equivalent degree with at least 50% marks.
Experience: 2-years experience as an officer in any Bank or Financial Institute is essential.
4. Officer Scale-II - Specialist Officer (Manager):
(A) Information Technology Officer
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any of the subjects of Information Technology/Computer Science/ Electronics/ Communication or any equivalent degree with 50% marks. Certificate of ASP, PHP, Java, C++, OCP, VP, VB etc. essential.
Experience: 2-years working experience in related field.
(B) Chartered Accountant
Qualification: CA from chartered accountants.
Experience: 1-year experience is desirable.
(C) Law Officer
Qualification: Law degree or equivalent degree with 50% marks.
Experience: 2-years experience as an Advocate or Law officer is essential.
(D) Treasury Manager
Qualification: MBA degree or Chartered Accountant.
Experience: 1-year in the similar field.
(E) Marketing Officer
Qualification: MBA degree in Marketing is required.
Experience: 1-year in the similar field.
(F) Agriculture officer
Qualification: Bachelor's degree with 50% marks. (Preferable subjects are Agriculture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Forestry etc).
Experience: 2-years working experience in similar field.
5. Officer Scale III - Senior Manager
Qualification: Bachelor's degree having minimum 50% marks in any discipline is required.
Experience: As an officer in any Bank or Financial Institution for a period of 5-years.
Application Fees:
- Officer Scale I, II, III: Rs. 600/- for UR & Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs. 600/- for UR & Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD
Selection Process:
There will be 3 stages for the selection of Officer Scale-I & Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
- Preliminary Examination (objectives)
- Main Examination (objectives)
- Interview
Age Limit as on 01.06.2018
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 18-years to 28-years
- Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): 18-years to 30-years
- Officer Scale-II (Manager): 21-years to 32-years
- Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): 21-years to 40-years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5-years
- OBC: 3-years
- PWD: 10-years
- Ex-serviceman: 3-years (8-years for disabled ExS)
