Cotton University requires a dynamic and hardworking controller of Examinations, who is well-acquainted with Examinations affair of a University/ Institution and other related matters etc. The person should be well versed with the procedures and should be capable of leading the Examination section of the University.

Name of the Post: Controller of Examinations

Total Post: 01

Engagement Period: For a term of 5 years.

Pay Scale: Pay Band of Rs. 37,400/- to Rs. 67,000/- plus Grade Pay Rs. 10000/- (Pre Revised)

Qualification: A Post Graduate degree from a recognized University securing 55% marks or its equivalent in the CGPA scale, along with

1. Having minimum experience of 15 years as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rupees. 7000/- and above, or with 8 years of service as Associate Professor in the AGP of Rupees. 8000/- and above, along with the educational administration experience; or 
2. Having Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education; or
3. Having administrative experience for a period of 15 years, out of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.

Desirable: Experience in the examination system, computer/ software/ automation of academic administration. Should have good interpersonal skills to interface with students, teachers, staff at all levels, media and the public. A Ph.D. Degree is desirable but not essential.

Age Limit: Below 55 years as on the date of application.

Application Fee: Application for the post of Controller of Examinations must be accompanied by a Bank Challan of Rs. 2000/- only as a processing fee for the application. Reserved category candidates need to pay 50% of the specified amount.
