As per the approval of the Director of Research (Veterinary), a walk-in-interview will be conducted to fill up 01 (one) post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/ Senior Research Fellow (SRF) under the DBT twining research project entitled "Regulation of corpus luteum function by locally produced angiogenic growth factors in pigs (Sus scrofa)" in the office of Associate Dean, LCVSc, AAU, North Lakhimpur-787051, Assam. The post is purely temporary and coterminous with the project.

Qualification: M.V.Sc in Veterinary/ Animal Physiology/ AGRO/ Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry OR M.Sc in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Zoology/ Biochemistry.

Experience: Candidates with working experience in molecular biology laboratory works, animal cell culture and Bioinformatics will be given preference.

Emolument:

• For NET qualified candidates or candidates with Professional degree with or without NET qualification: Rs. 25,000/- per month +HRA for the first & second year and Rs. 28,000/- per month + HRA for the 3rd year.
• For candidates with a non-professional degree without NET qualification: Rs. 12,000/- per month + HRA for the first & second year and Rs. 14,000/- per month + HRA for the 3rd year.

Application Fee: IPO of Rs. 50/- (Rs. 25/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favor of the Comptroller, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat-785013.

The candidate desiring to appear in the walk-in-interview shall have to produce original testimonials and submit up to date Bio-data in a Standard Form of application with attested copies of all testimonials along with IPO at the time of interview.
