Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up of the post of Director in the Law Research Institute, Gauhati High Court, Guwahati.
Name of the Post: Director
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) At least first class Master's degree in Sociology/ Social Anthropology/ Political Science/ History (ancient).
(ii) A degree in Law.
(iii) At least 5-years experience in research works.
Pay Scale: PB-4, Rs.30000-110000/- with Grade Pay- Rs. 15,700/-
Upper age limits as on the last date of receipt of applications will be as under-
- General/ OBC/ MOBC: 44-years
- SC: 49-years
- ST (P) & ST (H): 49 years
- PWD: 54 years
Application Fee:
Application fees can be paid through demand draft on State Bank of India drawn in favor of Central Recruitment Cell, Gauhati High Court. The details of application fee indicated below:
- For SC/ ST(P)/ ST(H)- Rs. 250/-
- For all others- Rs. 500/-

Candidates are required to send the completely filled application along with necessary documents to the Registrar (Administration), Gauhati High Court, Guwahati-1. The application may also be dropped in the drop box in the Recruitment Cell of the Gauhati High Court. The last date for submission of Application is 12.10.2018 till office working hour.
