National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) invites applications from Indian Nationals for the posts of Energy Economist, Executive (SAP-ABAP/ BASIS) and Executive (Web Application & Mobile App Developers) on the fixed term basis.


1. Energy Economist - [01 Post]

Qualification: Post Graduation in Economics with at least 60% marks. Ph.D. holder candidates will get preference.

Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience.

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 3.0 Lakh per month (fixed)



2. Executive  (SAP-ABAP)- [02 Posts]

Qualification: Graduate Engineering Degree in IT/ Computer Science with at least 60% marks. Candidates should have SAP-ABAP certification from the SAP.

Experience: Minimum 04 years post-qualification experience.

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 1.46 Lakh per month (fixed)



3. Executive SAP-BASIS) - [02 Posts]

Qualification: Graduate Engineering Degree in IT/ Computer Science with at least 60% marks. Candidates should have SAP Certified Technology Associate i.e. System Administration (Oracle DB) with SAP NetWeaver 7.XX certification from SAP.

Experience: Minimum 04 years post-qualification experience.

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 1.46 Lakh per month (fixed)



4. Executive  (Web Application/ Mobile App Developers))- [01 Post]

Qualification: Graduate Engineering Degree in IT/ Computer Science with at least 60% marks.

Experience: Minimum 02 years post-qualification experience.

Consolidated Pay: Rs. 1.24 Lakh per month (fixed)



Upper age limit: 47 years for Energy Economist and 37 years for other posts.


Tenure: Fixed Term Basis for a period of 3 years for Energy Economist & 5 years for other posts.


Application Fee: Rs. 300/- for General/ OBC candidates. The SC/ ST/ PwBD/ XSM category candidates need not pay the registration fee.
