a) Master Degree or Honors Degree of a Foreign University recognized as equivalent to Master's Degree of an Indian University as may be recognized equivalent to Master's Degree by the U.P.S.C.

b) As per CBSE Bye-Laws, however B.Ed. is mandatory, IT Literate.
