Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Jorhat invites application to fill up the following vacant posts under the Regional-cum- Facilitation Centre for NE Region on Contractual basis.

1. Regional Director - [01 Post]

Qualification: M. Sc (Agri) with minimum 25 years of experience, out of which 3 to 5 years in senior managerial position.

Age: Up to 63 years.

Fixed Pay: Rs.75000/-



2. Deputy Director - [01 Post]

Qualification: M. Sc (Agri) with minimum of 5 years of experience in overall Agriculture.

Age: Up to 43 years.

Fixed Pay: Rs.50000/-

3. Consultant - [02 Posts]

Qualification: M. Sc in Agriculture/ Horticulture.

Age: Up to 43 years.

Fixed Pay: Rs.35000/-



4. Consultant (IT) - [02 Posts]

Qualification: M. Sc (CS/IT)/ B. Tech.(IT)/ B. E. (IT)/ PGDCA OR Equivalent degree/ Diploma.

Age: Up to 43 years.

Fixed Pay: Rs.35000/-



5. Data Entry Operator/ Tech. Assistant - [05 Posts]

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Botany/ Life Science/ Management/ Computer Application.

Age: Up to 43 years.

Fixed Pay: Rs.20000/-



Application fee: 
(a) Rs.150.00 in case of SC/ ST/ PHD candidates only.
(b) Rs. 300.00 for all others.

How To Apply: The prescribed application form duly filled with required documents must reach the office of the Director of Research (Agri)  Assam Agricultural University Jorhat-13 on or before 30-03-2019. If the candidate used the downloaded copy of Application Form, an IPO of Rs. 20/- must be enclosed with the Application.
