Applications are invited from the citizens of India as defined in the Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India in the prescribed Standard Form of application Part IX of the Assam Gazette for recruitment to the following posts in  Head Office and different Districts in Assam.

1. Assistant Fund Control Officer

Total Post: 13

Qualification: Graduate in any Stream scoring 50% Marks in aggregate.

Pay Structure: Pay Band-3. Rs.22000 to 87000, GP-9700 with other allowances.



2. Junior Assistant

Total Post: 20

Qualification: Graduate in any stream with Diploma/ Certificate in computer skills with MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint etc.) and knowledge in computer typing in Assamese language.

Pay Structure: Pay Band-3. Rs.14000 to 49000, GP-6200 with other allowances.

Essential Criteria for both Posts: Candidates must have registration in Employment Exchange in the State of Assam.

Age Limit (as on 01-01-2019): 

The applicant should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years of age. The upper age is relaxable by:

• Up to 43 years for SC/ ST
• UP to 41 years for OBC/ MOBC
• Up to 48 years for PWD candidates

1. Selection Process for Assistant Fund Control Officer (AFCO):

(a) Screening Test: Multiple choice question of 150 marks. The test will consist of General Knowledge, General English and Arithmetic.

(b)Written Test: Descriptive type written test of 200 marks.

(c) Viva-voce of 50 marks,

2. Selection Process for Junior Assistant (JA) Post:

(a) Written Test of 150 marks. There will be Multiple choice question of 100 marks and Descriptive type questions of 50 marks. The test will consist of General Knowledge, General English and Arithmetic.

(b) Computer Test of 20 Marks

(c) Viva-voce of 40 marks

Application Fee:

Bank draft should be drawn on SBI and payable at Dispur favouring Secretary-Cum-P.F. Commissioner, Board of Trustees:

• For Rs.300/- [Rs.200/- for ST/SC] for the post of AFCO.
• And Rs.200/- [Rs.100/- for ST/SC] for the post of ]unior Assistant.
• For the person with disabilities (PWD), the application fee is Nil.
