Madras Fertilizers Limited (MFL) invites Online applications from eligible Indian Nationals for the following posts.

1. General Manager (Plant) - E8

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: First class degree in Chemical Engineering.


2. General Manager (M&D) – E8

No. of Post: 01 (OBC)

Qualification: First Class degree in Agriculture. MBA degree in Marketing (Full-Time).


3. Company Secretary - E5

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Should be Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.


4. Safety Officer – E2

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: First class degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology with diploma in Industrial Safety

5. Welfare Officer – E2 

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: First Class degree in Master of Labour Management or Post Graduate degree in Social Work or Social Welfare.

6. Manager (Electrical) - E5 

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: First Class BE / B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

7. Manager (Instrumentation) – E5 

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: First Class B.E./ B.Tech Degree in Instrumentation Engineering/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control/ Electronics & Communication/ Electrical & Electronics.

8. Dy.Manager (Civil) – E3

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: First Class B.E/ B.Tech Degree in Civil.


9. Dy.Manager (Liaison Officer) – E3 

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: First Class PG Degree in Personnel Management or Public Administration with MBA (Full-Time).

10. Jr Medical Assistant (Male) – Gr III A 

No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Diploma in Nursing. Must have their names registered in the State Nursing Council.


11. Jr. Fireman – Gr II

No. of Post: 04 [UR-3, OBC-1]

Qualification: SSLC. Must have completed Fireman’s Certificate Course. The duration of the course shall not be less than Six Months.

Place of Posting: It will be Chennai for all the above posts except for Liaison Officer which will be at Delhi, but they will be required to work anywhere in India. 

Method of Selection:

• For Posts (Jr. Medical Assistants & Jr.Fireman) written test will be conducted. 
• In case of Fireman, skill test will have to be undertaken.
• For all other Posts, interview will be conducted

Application Fee: 

• For General Manager Post: Rs.1000/- 
• For Jr.Medical Assistants & Jr. Fireman: Rs.250
• For all other posts: Rs.500
• Fee is Nil for SC/ST applicants and persons with disability and Ex-serviceman as per DOPT norms.
