Salary: INR 2,25,000 - 3,75,000 P.A. Incentives, TA, DA & Bonus.

Desired Candidate Eligibility :

• Full time Graduate (BA/ BCom/ BSc/ BBA) from recognized Board/ University is preferred.
• Min 5yrs work experience in Sales & Target.
• Candidate should be from local area.
• Ready to travel mentality is must.
• Age upto 40 years.
• Male only.

Job Profile :

• Handling, guiding team of BDOs.
• Regular visit & meeting with prospective customers like businessmen, farmers, promoters, contractors, land brokers for Gold Loan business.
• Client acquisition for assigned branches' Gold Loan business growth and sales targets.
• Visiting the HNI client directly to convert them as customer to achieve the assigned target figures.
• Pitching sales through different promotional activities.
• Following up customers on a daily basis and maintaining customer feedback.
• Consistently achieving the monthly sales volume targets.
• Reporting to the higher authorities on a daily basis.
