Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for appointment to the posts of Instructor and Fire and Rescue Operator in the National Fire Service College, Nagpur.

1. Instructor

Total Post: 03 (UR)

Classification: General Central Civil Service Group `C` Non-Gazetted.

Qualification: Bachelor Degree preferably in science from a recognized University or Three years Diploma in any branch of Engineering from a recognized University or Institution or State Technical Education Board.

Age Limit: Between 21 and 27 years (Relaxable for Government servants upto 40 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).

Pay Level: Level-5 (Rs. 29200-92300)

2. Fire and Rescue Operator

Total Post: 04 [UR-3, OBC-1]

Classification: General Central Civil Service Group `C` Non-Gazetted, Non-Ministerial.

Qualification: 

1. 12th Class or equivalent from recognized Board or equivalent; or
2. 10th Class or equivalent from recognized Board or equivalent and certificate course in any trade from a recognized Industrial Training Institute; or
3. 10th Class or equivalent from recognised Board or equivalent and basic fire fighting training course from Central Government or State Government institutes.
4. Possessing valid heavy vehicle driving license.
5. Physical standard:-Height: Not less than 165 cm (relaxable by 5 cm. for hill area candidates), Chest: 81 cm normal, minimum expansion 5 cm. Weight: Not less than 50 kg, Hearing: Normal, Speech: Normal.

Pay Level: Level-2, (Rs.19900-63200).

Age Limit: Between 18 and 27 years (Relaxable for Government servants upto 40 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government). Permissible Age Relaxation beyond the Upper age limits 03 years for OBC candidate.

How To Apply: Candidate applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post. Candidates should completely filled the Application in the prescribed proforma and attach self-attested copies of Certificates/ documents in support of age, Essential Qualifications, Experience, where it is prescribed as Essential Qualification, proof of Caste/ Category, should reach to the Director, National Fire Service College, Feeder Road, Rajnagar, Nagpur-440013(M.S.) as on closing date.

Closing Date: within 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in the Employment news and 37 days from candidates Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub-division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep from the date of publication of advertisement in the Employment news.
