Assam Agricultural University (AAU), Jorhat invites eligible candidates for a walk-in interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Agricultural Biotechnology, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat.

Name of the Project: Biodiversity Studies of Aromatic Rice of North East India.

Educational Qualification: M. Sc. in Agril. Biotechnology/ Biotechnology/ Life Sciences.


Pay & Allowances:

• For NET/BET//GATE/BINC qualified candidates; or those having a professional degree: Rs. 25000.00 + HRA for first two years; Rs. 28000.00 + HRA for third year.
• Others: Rs. 12000.00 + HRA for first two years; Rs. 14000.00 + HRA for third year.

Appointment Type: The post is purely temporary and will be terminated on completion of the project.

• Venue: In the Department of Agricultural Biotechnology, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat.
