Applications are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed Standard Form for filling up the following vacant post under Directorate of Handloom & Textiles Guwahati, Assam, Guwahati-1.

Name of the Post: Master Weaver

Qualification: HSLC passed and having 10 (ten) years experience in weaving & conversant with preparatory designing including working of Dobby, Jacquard and Drawbay attachments.

Scale of Pay: PB-2, GP-8,700/-, Rs.14000-49000/- pm.

Age: 18-43 years as on 01.01.2019. Relaxation of upper age limit shall be applicable as per existing rules.

Selection Process: Candidates will have to appear for interview/ practical test.
