Applications are invited from the Indian citizen domiciled in the State of Assam in Standard Form for recruitment of vacant Jharikarak (Grade-IV) post in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Lakhimpur.

Name of the Post: Jharikarak (Grade-IV)

No. of Post: 5 (five) nos. [UR-1, OBC/ MOBC-1, STH-2, EWS-1]

Educational Qualification: Read up to class VIII.

Age Limit: 18-43 years as on 01/01/2019. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC and ST candidates.

Selection Process: Candidates will be required to appear in a written examination. The written examination will be of 100 marks for 3 hours duration and the selection will be strictly on merit basis.

Syllabus of Written Examination:

• General Knowledge - 50 Marks
• General English - 10 Marks
• Language skill in Assamese - 40 Marks
