This is for general information that the Written OMR Test for the 189 nos. of Grade-III Post  & 65 nos. of Grade-IV, in the establishment of Directorate of Health Services (FW), Assam as per advertisement in News Papers on 02-11-2018 and 03-11-2018 vide Janasanyog/DF/2883/18 and also online at www.dhsfw.assam.gov.in on 03-11-2018 vide HSFW/Esstt/13/Pt/2013/8823, dated 02-11-2018, is scheduled to be held on 8th September 2019 at 9 districts (Zone) in the State.

The Written Exam (OMR based) will be held in the following 9 districts (Zone) in the State Assam:

1. Kamrup (M) Guwahati
2. Nalbari
3. Nagaon
4. Cachar
5. Bongaigaon
6. Dhubri
7. Lakhimpur
8. Dibrugarh
9. Jorhat

 Exam Date:  08-09-2019 (Sunday)

 Exam Type:  OMR Based MCQ.

 Status of Admit Card:  Available Now.

Written OMR Test will be held for the following Posts:

1. GradeIII Posts - Computer/ Field & Evaluation Worker/ L.D. Assistant/ Field & Social Worker.

2. Grade-IV Posts

DHSFW Admit Card/ Call Letter 2019 for Grade-III & Grade-IV Posts:

All Eligible candidates who applied for the above mentioned posts are requested to download the Admit Card from the official website www.dhsfw.assam.gov.in. The Admit Card will contain the venue, date and time schedule of the candidate. The download link of Admit card will be available soon.
