IBPS published notification for recruitment of 4336 nos. posts of PO/MT for the year 2019-20. The Online examination for the next Common Recruitment Process is tentatively scheduled in October/ November 2019 for selection of PO/ MT.

Eligible candidates who willing to join as a Probationary Officer (PO)/ Management Trainee (MT), is required to register for appearing in the Common Recruitment Process (CRP- PO/ MT-IX).

IBPS PO/ MT Recruitment 2019 - Details:

Name of the Post: Probationary Officer (PO)/ Management Trainee (MT)

Total Vacancies: 4336

Educational Qualification (as on 28.08.2019): Candidates must possess a degree (Graduation) in any discipline.

IBPS PO/ MT Age Limit:

Age as on 01.08.2019: Minimum 20-years to Maximum 30-years i.e. born between 02.08.1989 and 01.08.1999 including both dates.

Age Relaxation: 5-years for SC/ ST, 3-years for OBC, 10-years for PWD, 5-years for ExS.

Application Fees: 

Applicants should make the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges through Online mode using Debit Cards/ Credit Cards/ Internet Banking/ IMPS/ Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets from 07.08.2019 to 28.08.2019, as follows:

• For SC/ ST/ PWD candidates: Rs. 100/-
• For all others: Rs. 600/-

IBPS Selection Procedure for PO/ MT: 

1. Preliminary Examination: There will be 100 marks for 100 no. of questions. Duration of examination will be 60 minutes. All questions are objective types. There will be negative marks for the wrong answer.
2. Main Examination: There will be 200 marks for 155 no. of objective type questions and 25 marks for 2 questions of English language (Letter Writing & Essay). Duration for the Main Examination is 3 hours & 30 minutes. Candidates who qualify in Preliminary Examination will be shortlisted for Main Examination. There will be negative marks for the wrong answer.
3. Interview: Total marks for interview is 100. Candidates who qualify in Main Examination will be shortlisted for the Interview. Candidates should produce original and self-attested photocopies at the time of interview.
