Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Guwahati, invites application for the following posts.

1. Stenographer
No. of Vacancy: 01 (UR)

Qualification: Graduation with minimum of 80 and 40 w.p.m. in English shorthand and Computer Typing respectively.

Desirable: Experience in Administrative and Accounts matter.

Scale of Pay: Pay Matrix 25,500-81,100, Level-4


2. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)
No. of Vacancy: 02 (1 for SC and 1 for Person with Disabilities).

Qualification: 10+2 or Higher Secondary School, Computer typing speed of 40 wpm.

Desirable: Experience in Computer Application.

Scale of Pay: Pay Matrix 25,500-81,100, Level-4


Age Limit (as on 01.08.2019):

• For Stenographer Post: Not exceeding 30 years.
• For LDC Post: Not exceeding 28 years.
• Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years in case of SC/ST candidates and as specified for other categories by Govt. of India from time to time.

Selection Process: Written Test followed by Shorthand/ Computer Typing Skill Test.
