Candidates possessing the following qualifications and experience are invited for walk-in-interview for purely temporary positions of 1 (one) Young Professional–II under ICAR-World Fish Collaborative Project (Window-3 Program) title on “Small scale fisheries in Wetlands for livelihood and nutritional security”. Details of the position, qualifications and experience required are as given below:

Name of the Post: Young Professional-II

No. of Post: One (at Guwahati)

Essential Qualification: M.F.Sc./ M.Sc. in Zoology/Biological Science with specialization in fisheries.

Desirable Qualification/ Experience: Experiences in Pen / Cage / Wetland / Community mobilization.

Remuneration: Rs.25,000/- per month (fixed)

Age Limit: 21-45 years. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

Place of work: Regional Centre, ICAR-CIFRI, Guwahati. May have to visit or stay at project sites from time to time.

Tenue: The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project; however, candidates are liable to be terminated at any time if their service, performance and conduct are found not satisfactory.
