Applications are invited from citizen of India in Standard Form for filling up the following vacant post in the District Legal Services Authority, Baksa.

1. Lower Division Assistant (LDA)
No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Eligibility:

• Candidates should be Graduate in any discipline. Sound knowledge of computer is essential with minimum 6 months of computer course.
• Employment registration no. is required. 
• Candidates shall have to appear in a written test first as well as, viva-voce.
• The candidates must not be less than 18-38 years as on 01/03/2019. The relaxation of age will be applicable as per existing rules.

Scale of Pay: 14,000-49,000 + Grade Pay of Rs.5,600 with other allowances.



2. Upper Division Assistant (UDA)
No. of Post: 01 (UR)

Eligibility:

• The candidates must have served either as UDA or LDA, rendering service at least for 5 years as LDA in any Department of Govt. of Assam, preferably in any District Court of Assam
• The candidates having experience in any District Legal Services Authority Office will be given preference.
• Candidates who are working in the Government Department of Assam, must submit their applications through proper channel.

Scale of Pay: 14,000-49,000 + Grade Pay of Rs.7,400 with other allowances.

• The intending candidates shall submit their applications by enclosing all self-attested copies of certificates, mark-sheets etc. from H.S.L.C. onwards in support of their age, educational qualifications and other qualifications including experience, caste certificate and valid employment registration card with three copies of duly signed passport size photographs along with mobile number, to be written on the top of the application.
