Applications are invited in Standard Form from the eligible candidates for filling up the following posts in the office of District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Kamrup, Amingaon.

1. Upper Division Assistant (U.D.A.)
No. of Post: 01 (Unreserved)

Qualification: Rendering continuous service as Lower Division Assistant for at least 5 years in any Department of Govt. of Assam.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-49,000 plus GP- Rs.7,400 and other allowances admissible under the Rules.


2. Lower Division Assistant (L.D.A.)
No. of Post: 01 (Unreserved)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with computer knowledge.

Scale of Pay: Rs.14,000-49,000 plus GP- Rs.7,400 and other allowances admissible under the Rules.


3. Grade-IV (Peon) - (contractual)
No. of Post: 01 (Unreserved)

Qualification: Class-VIII passed.

Scale of Pay: Fixed pay as per Rules.

Age Limit: 18-43 years of age as on the date of publication of the advertisement. The upper age is relaxable as per rules.

Other Eligibility:

• The candidates must have valid Employment Exchange Registration no. (except for the post of U.D.A.) and the registration number along with date must be mentioned in their application.
• Candidates should well be versed in State Official Language.

The application must be accompanied by the following:

• Self-attested copies of all certificates/ Mark Sheets of educational and other qualification, age, caste along with other testimonials including valid Employment Registration card (except for the post of U.D.A.).
• Three self-attested passport size photograph (one need to be pasted in the application and the other two should be enclosed in the application with full signature of the candidate in the backside).
• Candidates must mention their phone number & Email ID in the application form.
• The application will enclose a self-addressed envelope affixing Postal Stamp of Rs.5/- along with the application.

• For LDA Post: Written Test, Computer Test and Interview (Viva-voce)
• For Grade-IV(Peon) Post: Written Test and Interview (Viva-voce)
