Online Applications are invited for filling up of the following vacancies under Directorate of Social Welfare, Assam, Uzanbazar, Guwahati-1.

Name of the Post: Junior Assistant
No. of Post: 08 [UR-4, OBC/MOBC-1, STP-1, STH-1, EWS-1]

Qualification: Bachelor Degree or any examination declared equivalent.

Essential Qualification: Must possess a minimum 12 months Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.

Scale of Pay: PB-2, Rs.14,000-60,500/- plus GP-Rs.6,200/-
Age Limit (as on 01/01/2019): 18 years-38 years, Upper age relaxable as per govt rule.

Mode of Selection:

Phase-I: OMR based objective type written test: 70 Marks

• General English, General Knowledge and Current Affairs: 50 Marks
• General Mathematics and Logical Reasoning: 15 Marks
• Knowledge of Computer (Theory): 5 Marks

Phase-II: Computer Proficiency Test: 30 Marks
