1. Dentist

Qualification: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)

Experience: One year of work experience in community outreach cancer screening after obtaining BDS.

Age: Not more than 40 years

Type of Employment: Annual contract basis.
Report To: District Health Manager



2. District Health Manager
No. of Post: 04

Qualification:

Master of Public Health/Master of Health Administration from reputed institutions. And 2 (in implementation of Government health programs in Indian health systems at National/ State/Dist.

OR

BDS/BAMS/BHM S/B.PT/B.Sc (Nursing). ANd 4 (in implementation of Government health programs in Indian health systems at National/State/District level.

Age: Not more than 40 years

Type of Employment: Annual contract basis.
Report To: Medical Advisor

3. Patient Navigator
No. of Post: 05

Qualification:
Degree/ Diploma Course in Clinical Psychology/ Behavioral Science.

OR

Bachelor of Social Work/BA (Sociology)/BA (Anthropology)

Age: Not more than 35 years

Type of Employment: Annual contract basis.
Report To: District Health Manager
