Medical and Health Recruitment Board, Assam invites online application from the intending candidates for filling up under mentioned posts in Nursing Colleges of Assam under Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Assam.

1. Lecturer (Department of Community Health Nursing)

No. of Post: 06 [UR-1, EWS-1, OBC/MOBC-3, SC-1]

Qualification: M.Sc. in Community Health Nursing/Public Health Nursing with 1 year experience

2. Lecturer (Department of Child Health Nursing)

No. of Post: 02 [UR-1, STP-1]

Qualification: M.Sc. in Child Health Nursing with 1 year experience.

3. Lecturer (Department of Medical Surgical Nursing)

No. of Post: 06 [UR-3, EWS-1, OBC/MOBC-1, SC-1]

Qualification: M.Sc. in Medical Surgical Nursing with 1 year experience.

4. Lecturer  (Department of O&G Nursing)

No. of Post: 06 [UR-2, EWS-1, OBC/MOBC-2, SC-1]

Qualification: M.Sc. in O & G Nursing with 1 year experience.

5. Lecturer (Department of Mental Health Nursing)

No. of Post: 06 [UR-1, STP-1]

Qualification: M.Sc. in Mental Health Nursing with 1 year experience.

6. Lecturer (Department of Nursing Administration & Education)

No. of Post: 04 [UR-3, OBC/MOBC-1]

Qualification: M.Sc. in any Nursing Specialty with 1 year experience.

7. Lecturer (Department of Nursing Foundation)  

No. of Post: 02 [UR-1, OBC/MOBC-1]

Qualification: M.Sc. in any Nursing Specialty with 1 year experience.

Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2019. The upper age limit is relaxable by-

• For SC/ST: Up to 43 years
• For OBC/MOBC: 41 years
• For PwD: Up to 48 years

Scale of Pay: Rs. 57700 - 182400/- (Academic Level-10) plus other allowances as applicable from time to time as per Govt. Rules.

Application Fee:

• For General: Rs.250/-
• For OBC/MOBC/SC/ST (P)/ST (H): Rs.150/-
• For BPL & PwD: Nil

Application fee should be deposited only through Treasury Challan in the Head of Account “0210-Medical and Public Health-01-Urban Health Services-800-Other Receipt”.
