Eligible and interested candidates are invited for appearing a walk-in-interview for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Zoology, Cotton University under a DBT-NER Twinning Project.

Name of the Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Department: Zoology

Project Name: "Biodiversity, Nutritive Value and Conservation Strategies of Aquatic Insects in the Waterland Ecosystem of Manipur".

Qualification: Candidates must have M.Sc. 1st class in Zoology with Ecology/ Entomology background preferably with NET/ GATE or with a minimum of 2 years research experience in the relevant field.

Fellowship: As per norms

Terms of the Post: 1 year which may be extendable for another 2 years depending on performance.
