DLSA Nagaon invites applications in Standard Form for recruitment in the following vacant posts of LDA/ UDA in the establishment of District Legal Services Authority, Hojai.

DLSA Nagaon Recruitment 2020 - Details:

1.Lower Division Assistant (LDA)

No. of Post: 01 (UR)
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-49,000 + GP- Rs.5,600/- and other allowances as applicable.

Qualification: H.S.L.C. passed.

Age Limit: 18-43 years as on the date of the publication of the advertisement. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved candidates as per govt rule.

2. Upper Division Assistant (UDA)

No. of Post: 01 (UR)
Pay Scale: Rs.14,000-49,000 + GP- Rs.7,400/- and other allowances as applicable.

Qualification: Having at least 5 (five) years experience as L.D.A. in a Government Department of Assam (Preferably Judicial Department)

Age Limit: 18-43 years as on the date of the publication of the advertisement. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved candidates as per govt rule.

DLSA Nagaon Recruitment 2020 - SELECTION PROCESS FOR LDA:

(A) The selection for LDA shall be made through written examination and interview consisting of 300 marks in total. Duration of Exam will be 3 hours. (From 10.30 AM to 1.30 PM.)

1. General English: 75 marks


2. Official Language (Assamese): 75 marks


3. Drafting (English & Official Language): 100 marks


4. Interview: 50 marks

(B) Only those candidates who qualified the written examination for LDA will be called for interview. Date of written examination for LDA will be notified in due course to the eligible candidates.

DLSA Nagaon Recruitment 2020 - SELECTION PROCESS FOR UDA:

1. Candidates will be selected through oral interview carrying 50 marks.


2. The testimonials must necessarily contain NOC from his/her current employer, copies of ACR for 5 (five) years, service book and other relevant documents.


3. List of eligible candidates, date, time and venue will be uploaded on the official website (www.nagaonjudiciary.gov.in). No individual call letters will be issued to the candidates.

Application Process for LDA:

Application in standard form together with self-certified copies all testimonials such as educational qualification certificates, mark sheets, age proof certificate etc. should reach the office of the District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Nagaon during office hours on working days. Last date for submitting the application: within 4:00 p.m. on 02-01-2020.

Application Process for UDA:

The candidates must submit their applications in a Standard Form of application published in the Assam Gazette Part-IX with 3 (three) self-attested photo copies of all testimonials through proper channel only.
