Essential Qualification: M.Sc. with minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade with Physics and Mathematics or equivalent degree.

Desirable: M.Sc. in Electronics/ Physics/ Material Science with minimum of 60% marks. NET/GATE qualified candidates may be given preference.

Desirable Experience: Expertise in the area of Electronic Materials.

Age Limit: Not more than 30 years

Salary: Rs.12,000/- per month (consolidated)

Duration of Engagement: 3 years or co-terminus with the duration of the project.
