DTE Assam Recruitment 2020: Apply Online for 168 Grade III Posts @ Newly Established Polytechnics

DTE Assam Recruitment 2020: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Assam invites applications for recruitment in the following 50+118= 168 Grade III posts of 5 (Five) newly established Polytechnics at Tinsukia, Morigaon, Chirang, Udalguri, and Hailakandi. Admit Card download link given below.

In pursuance of the Government letter No. ATE.147/2021/34 dtd. 25.03.2022, the recruitment processes initiated by the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam for Grade-III (Jr. Assistant) posts and Grade-IV posts vide advertisements mentioned below are cancelled as considerable time has elapsed since initiation of the recruitment process, and since in the meanwhile, the Government of Assam has constituted two State-Level Recruitment Commissions for Class-III and Class-IV posts in greater public interest for recruitment of Grade-III and Grade-IV personnel against vacancies under various Departments/Directorates of the Government of Assam.

DTE Assam Recruitment  2020 - Details:

1. Junior Assistant

Total Post: 15+48= 63 [UR-35, OBC-16, SC-2, STP-2, STH-4, EWS-4]

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Must possess Computer Skills & proficiency for handling data and text on Computer.

Scale of Pay: PB of Rs.14,000-60,500 plus GP-Rs.6,200/-

2. Junior Instructor

Total Post: 25+58= 83 [UR-31, OBC-24, SC-4, STP-10, STH-8, EWS-4, PWD-2]

Minimum Qualification: Passed HSLC or TSLC and having Certificate from ITI or equivalent in appropriate trade with 5 years of experience in the relevant trade. The experience must be from Govt. recognized organisation.

Scale of Pay: PB of Rs.14,000-60,500 plus GP-Rs.6,800/-

3. Scientific Assistant (Physics)

Total Post: 05+6=11

Minimum Qualification: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Preference will be given to candidates having Major/ Honours in Physics at Degree level.

Scale of Pay: PB of Rs.14,000-60,500 plus GP-Rs.7,400/-

3. Scientific Assistant (Chemistry)

Total Post: 05+6=11

Minimum Qualification: Degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Preference will be given to candidates having Major/ Honours in Chemistry at Degree level.

Scale of Pay: PB of Rs.14,000-60,500 plus GP-Rs.7,400/-

Age Limit:

18 - 38 years as on 01/01/2020. However, the upper age limit is relaxable as per existing Govt. rules.
