DTE Assam Syllabus 2020: The Syllabus & Selection Process for Lecturer Posts (Technical & Non-Technical) has been released by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Assam for recruitment in Five newly established Polytechnics under Directorate of Technical Education, Assam.
Written Test:
The candidates will have to appear in a Written Test of the relevant Branch/ Subject as per the following structure.
Structure of the Written Test

* Marking pattern in the Written Test: 4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.
Syllabus:
1. For Lecturer (Tech): As per the GATE 2020 syllabus of the relevant Branches.
2. For Lecturer (Non-Tech. except Commerce/ Humanities): As per PG level syllabus for relevant Subjects.
3. For Lecturer (Non-Tech.): Commerce/ Humanities): As per PG level syllabus of the subjects: Economics, Accountancy, Management & Sociology.
Selection Process:
* The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification before final selection.
* Merely allowing a candidate to appear in the Written Test does not imply the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria for the post.
