Axom Sarba Siksha Abhiyan Mission (SSA Assam) going to conduct "Assam School Teacher Online Chess Fest 2020" among the teacher working in Government schools of Assam with the support of Assam Chess Club on 25th & 26th October 2020. Interested Teachers are required to join by fill up online registration form.

About Assam Teacher Online Chess Fest 2020:
Chess is an important game to improve learning, thinking, analytical power, decision making ability etc. The tournament will provide a platform for the interested teachers to play chess and to showcase their talent. This will help the teachers to showcase their inherent talent during the puja break. The participation will of purely voluntarily nature and there will be provision of prizes for winners.
This type of competition will further help teachers to motive students to play the said game and participate Chess competitions in near future. Those teachers who will voluntarily participate in the programme needs to motivate/ promote chess among the students, in future.
