Candidates who have applied online for the post of 5746 Graduate Teacher (Arts/ Science) can download their Application Number for verification of original, educational testimonials, etc. in the website at (www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in) w.e.f. 07.11.2020 (evening). The original documents verification process will start from 09/11/2020 to 17/11/2020.

Candidates who have applied online for the post of Graduate Teacher (Arts/ Science) of Assam High Schools can download their district-wise documents verification list from the schedule given below.
Documents Required for Assam High School Teacher District-wise Verification 2020:
1. The applicants have to bring all original documents as submitted in the online process for showing before the District Selection Committee.
2. The applicants must bring one set of photocopy of all documents (self-attested) including the copy of acknowledgment downloaded and printed after successful submission of their online applications together with a passport size colour photograph (recent) for submission of the same during the course of verification.
3. The candidates have also to carry Photo Identification Document such as PAN card / Driving License / Bank Passbook / Adhar Card / Caste Certificate [Ration Card / Students Identity Card issued by Recognized Educational Institutions etc. for their identification during the process of verification.
4. The applicants must have to maintain COVID 19 protocol and wear face mask at the time of verification.
5. Further, the applicants who did not download the acknowledgment yet, they can now download the same from the website through which applicants have submitted their online applications w.e.f. evening of 07.11.2020.
Instructions to Candidates Regarding Assam High School TET Verification 2020:
» The candidates who have applied in multiple districts and unable to attend verification of documents by DSC (District Selection Committee) as per schedule may contact the respective Inspectors of schools for a convenient date and time within the scheduled notified dates.
» Claims and objections (if any) may be lodged to the Director of Secondary Education from 05-12-2020 to 07-12-2020. The exact method for the same will be notified through Official website (www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in) in due course of time.
» Candidates are instructed to wear face masks, avoid gathering and maintain social distance. Moreover, any candidate if desired by the District Selection Committee may have to undergo COVID-19 test by the Health Department (DSC).
» Any Testimonials dated after the last date of submission of application as per the advertisement will not be accepted for evaluation.
» Candidates may regularly visit the website www.madhyamik.assam.gov.in for any further updates including change of schedule, if any.
