Name of Post: Assistant Director

Pay: Rs 30000 to 110000 with GP: Rs 13300.

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Planning from a recognized University/ institution (affiliated to UGC/ AICTE/ ITPD with specialization in "Urban Planning or Regional Planning or Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning or City Planning or Town and Country Planning or Town and Regional Planning or Transportation Planning or Housing or infrastructure Planning or Environmental Planning."

Other Criteria of Town & Country Planning Recruitment

Age Limit: The candidate should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 01/01/2024.

Age Relaxation: Category-wise the upper age limit relaxation is as mentioned below:

• SC/ST — By 5 years .

• OBC/MOBC — By 3 years .

• PWD — By 10 years .

Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Article 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be a permanent resident of Assam.

Domicile: As a domicile proof of the candidate, he/she must upload a copy of the valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purpose/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate will be treated as proof of residency.

Small Family Norms: The candidates have to submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form-A at the time of applying for the post.
