NERIST Entrance Exam 2021: Eligibility, Application Form, Exam Dates

NERIST Entrance Exam 2021:

The Official notification regarding NERIST Entrance Exam (NEE) 2021 has been released. The NERIST Entrance Exam (NEE) 2021 shall be conducted for admission into various courses i.e. Base Module (Certificate Course), Degree Module Courses in Technology streams and also Degree Module course in Forestry. Interested candidates may submit online application on the official website of North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Nirjuli (Itanagar).

NERIST Entrance Exam 2021 Details:

Name of Exam: NERIST Entrance Examination (NEE)

Name of Institute: North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology (NERIST), Nirjuli (Itanagar)

Name Courses: Base Module (Certificate Course), Degree Module Courses in Technology streams and also Degree Module course in Forestry

Academic Session: 2021-2022

Date of Exam: 26/06/2021 & 27/06/2021

Application Mode: Online

Eligibility Criteria of NERIST Entrance Exam:

1. Entrance Exam: NEE-I

No. of Seats: 220 (200+20)

Course: Base Module (Certificate)

Qualifying Exam: Class-X Appeared/ Passed.

2. Entrance Exam: NEE-II

No. of Seats: 77 (70+7)

Course: B.Tech.

Qualifying Exam: Class-XII (PCM) Appeared/ Passed, Class-XII (Voc)/ ITI/ NERIST Certificate in AE/ CE/ ECE/ EE/ ME Appeared/ Passed.

3. Entrance Exam: NEE-II

No. of Seats: 33 (30+3)

Course: B.Sc. in Forestry

Qualifying Exam: Class-XII (PCB) Appeared/ Passed.

4. Entrance Exam: NEE-III (Lateral Entry)

No. of Seats: 79 (72+7)

Course: B.Tech.

Qualifying Exam: 3 years Diploma in the relevant branch of Engg. & Tech. Appeared/ Passed.

Application Fee of NERIST Entrance Exam

Interested candidates who are going to submit online application for NERIST Entrance Exam need to pay a  specific amount of money as application fee. The amount is as mentioned below:

➢ SC/ST/PH candidates: Rs. 600/-+ Payment gate way charges/bank transaction charges

➢ GENERAL/ OBC/ EWS candidates: Rs. 1,000/-+ Payment gate way charges/bank transaction charges

➢ Payment mode: Debit / Credit card/ Net banking .

NERIST Entrance Exam Schedule 2021:

➢ NEE– II & III: 26.06.2021 (Saturday) from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM

➢ NEE– I: 27.06.2021 (Sunday) from 10.00 AM to 1.00 PM

How to Apply for NERIST Entrance 2021:

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only through the NERIST website www.neeonline.ac.in or www.nerist.ac.in from 11.02.2021 to 24.05.2021.

Important Dates of NERIST NEE 2021:

• Starting date of submission of online application: 11/02/2021

• Last date of submission of online application: 24/05/2021

• Date for downloading of admit card: 07/06/2021

• Exam date - NEE– II & III: 26.06.2021

• Exam date - NEE– I: 27.06.2021
