PHE Biswanath Chariali Recruitment 2021 Details:

1. Peon

No. of Post: 02 [SC-1, UR-1]

Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed.

Scale of Pay: Rs.12,000-Rs.52,000/- PM with Grade Pay Rs.3900

2. Chowkidar

No. of Post: 01 [UR]

Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed.

Scale of Pay: Rs.12,000-Rs.52,000/- PM with Grade Pay Rs.3900

Fee: No fee is required to be paid.

Age: Age of the candidate shall not be less than 18 (Eighteen) years and not more than 40 (Forty) years on the 1st Day of January 2021. In case of SC/ ST(P)/ ST (H) candidate upper age is relaxable as per Govt. rule in force. 

Selection Procedures of PHE Biswanath Chariali:

• Written Test will be conducted to the Grade-IV posts.

• Selected candidates in written test may also appear in Oral Test.

• The date and place of written and Oral Test shall be informed in due course of time.

• Department will not be responsible for any postal delay.

• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

The candidate having the required essential qualifications for the posts as mentioned above may apply in Standard Application Form along with self-attested Xerox copies of the following documents etc. in a closed envelope addressed to The Executive Engineer(PHE), Biswanath Chariali Division, Biswanath Chariali and submit in the Drop Box in Division office upto 3.00 PM of 22nd February 2021.

a) Passport size colour photographs: 2 (Two) nos. signature of the candidate to be given on back side. 

b) Proof of age: Birth certificate from competent authority or School Certificates from Govt. Recognized School.

c) Proof of Educational qualification: Class-Vlll passed certificate for Peon & Chawkider post from Govt. Recognized School.

d) Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate from the Employment Exchange.

e) Voter Card or Aadhar Card.

f) Caste Certificate (wherever applicable).

g) 01 (One) no. of Self Addressed Envelope (12cm x 27cm) with proper amount of stamp. The Mobile No. of the candidate must be written on the envelope. Incomplete applications will be rejected and no application will be entertained after the scheduled date and time.
