Engagement Period of Graduate Teacher in Adarsha Vidyalaya  Assam:

The engagement shall be made purely on contractual basis for a period of 5 (Five) Years, with effect from his/ her date of joining. Annual performance appraisal will be conducted every year by the authority. Yearly extension of service within the 5 yrs contractual period will be based on satisfactory performance appraisal. In case of unsatisfactory annual performance appraisal, extension of service will not be considered. This contractual engagement will not enable any one to make claim for any sort of regularization or making the engagement permanent under any Government Program/ Project/ Scheme whatsoever. 

Adarsha Vidyalaya Assam Result (Instructions for Appointment):

• The appointment will be effective from the date of joining.

• The appointee will get Pay & Other allowances as per prevailing norms. 

• The antecedents of the candidate will be verified through police verification. In case of any adverse the selection of the candidate will be cancelled. 

• You will have to submit a Medical Fitness Certificate from the Govt. Medical Officer within 15 days of receipt of this order.

• You will be entitled to leave as per HR Manual. 

• You are to perform your regular duties as the Job Description, issued from time to time along with duties allotted by the school Principal. 

• Any report received on dereliction of duties from the authority will lead to instant termination of your contractual engagement. 

• The appointment is subjected to the aims and objectives of the school as laid down in the rules and regulations in force as directed by Govt. of Assam from time to time. You are to report to the Principal of the concerned Adarsha Vidyalaya on or before 15/05/2021.
