Directorate of Library Services Assam has released the result of written examination for the posts of Library Assistant, Junior Assistant, Counter Attendant and Grade-IV vacancy. The written exam for Grade-IV Posts was held on 07.02.2021 and for all other posts the written exam was held on 30.01.2021.

• Library Assistant — 01 Post

• Junior Assistant (HoD) — 04 Posts

• Junior Assistant (District Level) — 10 Posts

• Counter Attendant — 02 Posts

• Grade-IV — 05 Posts

Written Exam Held on:

• Grade-IV Posts  — 07.02.2021

• For All Other Posts:  — 30.01.2021

Date of Written Exam Result: 05.05.2021


Directorate of Library Services Assam Result (Computer Test & Police Verification): 

➢ Computer Test: Candidates who qualified in the written exam for the posts of Library Assistant, Junior Assistant (HoD & District Level), Counter Attendant are required to appear a Computer Test. The Date and place of Computer Test will be fixed and informed later on. 

➢ Police Verification: After receiving of satisfactory police verification report from concerned authority, appointment letters will be issued to the candidates who qualified for Grade-IV posts.
