Gauhati University Recruitment 2021 Details:

1. Field Investigator

No. of Post: 1 (UR)

Pay: Rs.22,000-87,000/- + GP of Rs.9,700/-

2. Research Fellow-II
No. of Post: 1 (UR)

Pay: Rs.25,000/- per month (consolidated)

Eligibility Criteria of Gauhati University 2021 Recruitment:

1. Field Investigator

Educational Qualification: At least 2nd class Post Graduate degree in Demography/ Population Studies/ Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics/ Sociology/ Social Work/ Psychology/ Anthropology/ Geography.

Experience: Must have experience in collection, analysis of data, handling of Software (SPSS, R etc) and programming.

2. Research Fellow-II

Educational Qualification: At least 2 Class Post Graduate degree in Demography/ Population Studies/ Statistics/ Economics/Mathematics/Sociology from a recognized institution/University.

Experience: One year of experience post qualification (i.e. after Post Graduation). Relaxation in deserving cases. Must have experience in collection, analysis of data, handling of Software (SPSS, R etc) and programming.

Application Fee:

Candidates for the posts will be required to pay an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) only by Demand Draft in favour of the "Registrar, Gauhati University" payable at SBI, G.U. Branch as an application fee for the post.
