APSC Recruitment 2022 Notification:

Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has released a job advertisement for the recruitment of 22 Cultural Development Officer Vacancy under Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Assam. Eligible candidates may apply online at https://online.apscrecruitment.in.

This is for information to all concerned that this office Advt. No. 11/2022, dated 9th June, 2022 for 22 (Twenty Two) nos of posts of Cultural Development Officer under the Directorate of Cultural Affairs is hereby cancelled.

The notification for cancellation of the said advertisement has been issued in pursuance of the Cultural Affairs Department letter vide no.CAD. 269/2012/Pt/I/342 Dated. 13/06/2022.

Eligibility Criteria of APSC Recruitment:

Residentship: The candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam. As a domicile proof of the candidate, he/she must upload a copy of valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate of Assam/ Voter ID Card/ Adhar Card/ Permanent Residence Certificate issued for educational purpose. 

Educational Qualification: 

• Candidate must be a Graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce from any recognized University.

• Degree/ Diploma in Music having knowledge and experience in Traditional Folk Music of Assam and India.

Age: The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2022.

Age Relaxation: The category-wise age relaxation is as mentioned below.

• SC/ ST: By 5 years

• OBC/ MOBC: By 3 years

• PWBD: By 10 years

Interested and eligible candidates may apply online by visiting the APSC’s recruitment website https://online.apscrecruitment.in and register themselves by clicking on ‘Register Here’ link and complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process by providing basic details.

After login, applicants need to provide One Time Registration details such as Personal Information, Educational Qualification, Work Experience, Photo (Min size-20 KB & Max size-200 KB and not older than 3 months) & Signature (Min size-20 KB & Max size-200 KB) and other required documents.

Once these details are submitted, applicants will be able to download the One Time Registration details. Then applicants can click on Home->Dashboard and see the live advertisements of APSC in ‘Apply Section’.
