1. Assistant Manager IT
No of Posts: 54 [UR:33, OBC:8, EWS:5, SC:6, ST:2]
Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
Essential Qualification:
B.E/ B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT/Computer Application/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics and Instrumentation.
OR
Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ IT/Computer Application/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics and Instrumentation.
Note: Candidates with 1 year exp in the T domain in a Bank/financial institution etc. will be given preference.
2. Manager IT– (Payment Systems)
No of Posts: 1 [ST:1]
Age Limit: 23 to 35 years
Essential Qualification:
B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science/IT/ Computer Application/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics and Instrumentation.
OR

Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Computer Application/ Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Electronics and Telecommunication/ Electronics and Instrumentation.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT Domain of the Banking/ Financial Sector (Note: experience in desktop/laptop support, teaching exp, BPO will not be considered). Out of which should have at least 3 of 6 years of experience in IT Vendor Management.
Note: IT Vendor Management Experience in PSU/Bank will be preferred.
8. Cyber Security Expert (contractual)
No of Posts: 7 [UR:4, OBC:2, SC:1]
Age Limit: Not more than 50 Years
Essential Qualification:
BSc. Electronics, Physics, Computer Science, Information Technology.
OR
BTech / B.E- Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science.
OR
MSc. Electronics, Physics, Applied Electronics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology. Certifications in any of the following domains will be given preference: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, Cyber Law, etc.
Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in cyber security Domain in a reputed organization. Preference will be given to candidates having a banking organization.

Selection Process of India Post Payments Bank Recruitment
a) Selection will be made on the basis of Interview. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct assessment, Group Discussion or Online Test in addition to interview. Merely satisfying the eligibility norms do not entitle a candidate to be called for Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.
b) IPPB reserves the right to call only the requisite number of candidates, as decided by the competent authority at the Bank, for the Assessment/ Interview/ Group Discussion or Online Test after preliminary screening/ short listing with reference to candidates’ qualification, experience, profile vis-a-vis job requirements, etc.
c) Results of the candidates who have qualified for various stages of the recruitment process and the list of candidates finally selected will be made available on the website.
