Directorate of Health Services (DHSFW), Assam has published a job advertisement for the recruitment of 182 Grade III (Technical & Non-Technical) and 25 Grade IV vacancy. Candidates may now download their written Exam Admit Card at https://dhsfw.assam.gov.in.

This is for information for all candidates of Persons with Disabilities (Divyang) category who have submitted Online Common Application Form for Grade III (Technical and Non-technical) and Grade IV posts under the establishments of DME, Assam, DHS Assam and DHSFW Assam that they are required to submit few additional information for claiming reservation under PwD (Divyang) category.

All PwD (Divyang) candidates are therefore required to login to their accounts with Application Number and Password of their Online Application Form and provide the additional information as asked for on or before 28102/2022 midnight. Click here to read the notification.

1. ANM (Auxiliary Nurse of Midwives)

No of Posts: 166 

 

Category-wise vacancy:

• UR: 60

• OBC/ MOBC: 45

• SC: 12

• STP: 17

• STH: 8

• EWS: 17

• PWD: 7

Pay: Rs 14000 to 60500, GP: Rs 6200

Educational Qualification: Candidate must be an ANM Training passed from Assam Govt Institution or Institution recognised by India Nursing Council and Assam Nursing Council and Registered under Assam Nursing Council.

2. LDA (Computer Assistant)/ Steno Typist

No of Posts: 16 

 

Category-wise vacancy:

• OBC/ MOBC: 4

• SC: 1

• STP: 1

• STH: 1

• EWS: 1

• PWD: NIL

Pay: Rs 14000 to 60500, GP: Rs 6200

Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate in Arts, Commerce or Science from Government recognized university or equivalent and applicant must possess minimum 1 year Diploma course in Computer Application.

3. Grade IV (Peon)

No of Posts: 25 

 

Category-wise vacancy:

• UR: 8

• OBC/ MOBC: 7

• SC: 2

• STP: 3

• STH: 1

• EWS: 3

• PWD: 1

Pay: Rs 12000 to 52000, GP: Rs 3900

Educational Qualification: Candidate must be a Class VIII pass from a govt. recognised school.

Other Eligibility Criteria of DHSFW Assam Recruitment:

Age Limit: Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not above 40 years of age as on 01.01.2021. 

 

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit relaxation is as mentioned below: 

 

• OBC: 3 years

• SC, ST (P), ST (H): 5 years

Reservation: Reservation of posts for SC/ ST (P) / ST (H) / OBC (MOBC) / EWS (Economically Weaker Section) / Women Candidates and Differently-Abled (DIVYANG) candidates will be as per prevailing Government rules / norms. 

 

Application Fee: No fee is required to be paid.

Selection Process of DHSFW Assam Recruitment:

(i) Selection process shall be notified in the official website of the Directorate of Health Services (Family Welfare), Assam (https://dhsfw.assam.gov.in) in due course of time.

(ii) The online application form shall also be uploaded in the same portal shortly. The candidates are requested to keep a watch in the portal.

(iii) Preference to contractual employees etc. — Preference shall be given to contractual employees under NHM and other societies under Health & Family Welfare Department. Assam who apply for any post under this advertisement.

Size & Dimension of Photograph and signature:

• Scan your photograph (maximum 50kb) and your signature (maximum 30kb) and keep ready for uploading during filling up of the Online Application Form.

• Photograph and signature must be in .jpg or .jpeg Format.

Photograph:

• Size of photograph must be less than 50 kb.

• Height of photograph must be between 250 pixel - 320 pixel.

• Width of photograph must be between 150 pixel - 220 pixel.

Signature:

• Size of signature must be less than 30 kb.

• Height of signature must be between 100 pixel - 180 pixel.

• width of signature must be between 150 pixel - 220 pixel.
