State Anti-Drug & Prohibition Council (SADPC), Assam has released a job advertisement for recruitment of 23 various vacancy at 06 (Six) De-addiction cum Rehabilitation centres to be setup in the districts of Tinsukia, Dibrugarh, Golaghat, Sonitpur, Kamrup Metro and Barpeta under the State Anti-Drug & Prohibition Council (SADPC), Assam for an initial period of 11 (eleven) months.

1. Accountant cum Clerk

Qualification: Commerce Graduate from a recognized University.

Experience: Knowledge of Accounts and working knowledge of Computer.  

Remuneration: 12,000/-p.m. (Fixed) 

Age: Minimum: 18 Years of age as on 01.01.2024. Maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01 2024

2. Chowkidar

Qualification: Minimum Class-VIII Passed  

 

Remuneration: 9,000/-p.m. (Fixed) 

Age: Minimum: 18 Years of age as on 01.01.2024. Maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01 2024

3. Peer Educator

Qualification: Nil

Experience:

1. Should be literate. Ex- drug user with 1-2 years of sobriety. 

2. Willing to work among drug using population as well as is possessing qualities like empathy, communication skills. 

3. Willing to get trained. agrees to refrain from using, buying or selling drugs. ready to work for the prevention of harmful drug use and relapse  

 

Remuneration: 10,000/- p.m. (Fixed) 

Age: Minimum: 18 Years of age as on 01.01.2024. Maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01 2024  

4. Psychologist

Vacancy District:

• Dibrugarh

 

Qualification: Graduate in Psychology/ Community Science from a recognized University.

Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year experience in the field Deaddiction or Counselling Previous working experience with Govt. / NGO etc. Should have knoWe@e of Engl ish/Hindi/ local language and Computer  

 

Remuneration: 17,500/-p.m. (Fixed) 

Age: Minimum: 18 Years of age as on 01.01.2024. Maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01 2024

5. Counsellor

Vacancy District: Dibrugarh  

Qualification: Graduate in Psychology/Community Science from a recognized University  

 

Experience: Minimum 01 (one) year expenence In the field De-addiction or Counselling/ Previous working experience with Govt./NGO etc. should have knowledge of English/Hindi/local language and Computer  

 

Remuneration: 17,500/- p.m. (Fixed) 

Age: Minimum: 18 Years of age as on 01.01.2024. Maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01 2024

6. Sweeper

Qualification: Nil 

Experience: Nil

7. Nurse

Qualification: Diploam in Nursing from a recognized Institute. A qualified Nurse with GNM/ B.Sc. nursing degree.  

Experience: Should be trained by a recognized Government Medical Institution. Institute etc.  

 

Remuneration: 15,000/- p.m. (Fixed) 

Age: Minimum: 18 Years of age as on 01.01.2024. Maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01 2024

8. Ward Boy

Qualification: Minimum Class-Vlll passed.  

 

Experience: Preferably experienced in such centres/Health institute etc.

Age: Minimum: 18 Years of age as on 01.01.2024. Maximum age should not be more than 40 years as on 01.01 2024

Assam latest by 4 pm on 17th August 2024, clearly mentioning the location of the De-addiction cum rehabilitation centre and name of the post applied for in the application,

Self-attested documents to be submitted along with the Application Form: 

→ Education Qualification Certificate 

→ DOB Certificate/ Class X Admit Card. 

→ PRC/ Gaon Burha certificate for permanent residence. 

→ Experience certificate (if any) 

→ Certificate from rehabilitation Center in respect of peer Educator's recovery. (only in case of posts of Peer Educator)
