KV Tezpur Recruitment 2022 Details:
Essential Qualification:
1. Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education(by whatever name known)
OR
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)
OR
Senior Secondary(or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education(Special Education)
OR
Graduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
2. Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (for Classes I to V) conducted by CBSE.
3. Proficiency to teach through Hindi & English media.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications.
Relaxation of professional qualification: Simple Graduates may be considered for the post of Primary
Teacher If candidates with senior Secondary/Plus 2/Inter with J.B.T./D.Ed/B.El.Ed/BTC/Graduates with
B.Ed qualification are not available.
Relaxation in CTET – In absence of CTET qualified candidate, candidate without CTET qualification may be considered if otherwise eligible as per KVS recruitment rules.
2. TGTs
Subjects: Maths & Science
Essential Qualification:
1. Four year’s Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50 % marks in aggregate;
OR
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects/ combination of subjects and in aggregate. The elective subjects and Languages in the combination of subjects is as under:
a) For TGT (Maths): Maths as a subject in all the three years with any two of the following subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science and Statistics.
b) For TGT (Science): Botany/ Zoology/ Chemistry as a subject in all the three years.
2. Pass in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), conducted by CBSE in accordance with the Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.
3. Proficiency in teaching Hindi and English medium.
4. B. Ed. Or equivalent degree from recognized University.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
Relaxation of B. Ed qualification: In case of TGT, B Sc with 60% marks and BA with 55% marks may be considered for appointment on part-time contractual basis if suitable candidates with B.Ed are not available.
Relaxation in CTET – In absence of suitable CTET qualified candidate, candidate without CTET qualification may be considered if otherwise eligible as per KVS recruitment rules
3. PGTs
Subjects: Hindi, Economics, and Political Science
Essential Qualification:
1. Two years‟ Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject.
OR
Master Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in aggregate in the following subjects:
a) PGT (Hindi) - Post Graduation in Hindi.
b) PGT (Economics) – Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics.
c) PGT (Political Science) – Political Science
2. B. Ed. Or equivalent degree from recognized University.
3. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English media.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications.
Relaxation of B. Ed qualification: Post Graduate with 60% marks in Science subjects and 55% in Humanities subjects may be considered for the posts of PGTs, if suitable candidates with B.Ed are not available.
4. Art & Craft Coach
Essential Qualification:
1. Five Year’s recognized Diploma in Drawing and Painting/ Sculpture/ Graphic Art.
OR
Equivalent recognized Degree.
2. Competence to teach through English/ Hindi media.
Desirable: Knowledge of Computer Applications
5. Nurse
Essential Qualification: B.Sc. in nursing/ Diploma in nursing.
6. Counselor
Essential Qualification:
B.A. / B. Sc. (Psychology) with Certificate of Diploma in Counseling.
Desirable: Minimum of one year Experience in providing career Education counseling to students at school.
OR
Working knowledge and experience in Placement Bureaus.
OR
Registration with rehabilitation council of India as vocational counselor.
7. Yoga Instructor
Essential Qualification:
Graduation in any subject or equivalent from a recognized university with one year training in Yoga from a recognized institution. Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
Desirable: Knowledge of computer applications
8. Computer Instructor
Essential Qualification:
B.E or B. Tech. (Computer Science)/BCA/MCA/M.Sc.(Computer Science)/M.Sc.(Electronics with Computer Science component)/M.Sc.(IT)/B.Sc.(Computer Science).
OR
Bachelor’s / Master degree in any Science subject / Mathematics from recognized university with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer application from government recognized University/Institute.
OR
Post Graduate Degree in any subject with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer application from recognized University./’O’ level from DOEACC.
OR
Post Graduate degree in any subject with minimum ‘A’ Level from DOEACC Proficiency in teaching in Hindi and English medium.
9. Assamese Language Teacher
Essential Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the Assamese/ combination of subjects and in aggregate.
B. Ed. Or equivalent degree from recognized University.
Relaxation of B. Ed qualification: In case suitable candidate with B.Ed is not available, candidate without B.Ed. can be considered.
