Ministry of Defence has released a job advertisement for the recruitment of 174 vacancies of Material Assistant, LDC, Fireman, Tradesman Mate, MTS, and Draughtsman posts in 36 Filed Ammunition Depot, Pin-900484 C/O 56 APO.

1. Material Assistant

No. of Post: 03 [UR-02, OBC-01]

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from any recognized University.

OR

Diploma in Material Management from any recognized Institution.

OR

Diploma in Engineering in any discipline from any recognized Institution.

Pay Scale: Rs 29200/-

2. Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

No. of Post: 03 [UR-02, SC-01]

Qualification: 12th Class Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.

Pay Scale: Rs 19900

3. Tradesman Mate 

No. of Post: 150 [UR-94, OBC-31, SC-25]

Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board.

Physical Measurement:

(i) Height without shoes 165 cms.

(ii) Chest (unexpanded) 81.5 cms

(iii) Chest (expanded) 85 cms.

(iv) Weight-50 Kgs

Pay Scale: Rs 18000/-

4. MTS (Gardener & Messenger)

No. of Post: 03 [UR]

• Gardener - 2 Posts

• Messenger - 1 Post

Qualification: Matriculation pass or equivalent from recognized board.

Desirable: Conversant with the duties of the respective trades with one year’s experience in the trade.

Pay Scale: Rs 18000/-

5. Draughts man

No. of Post: 01 [UR]

Qualification:

(i) Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Board / University.

(ii) Two years diploma / certificate in Draughtsmanship (Civil) from any Industrial Training Institute or equivalent recognized Institution.

Desirable: One year experience in the line.

Pay Scale: Rs 25500/-

Age Limit of Ministry of Defence Recruitment 2022:

• For the Material Assistant Post: 18 to 27 years.

• For All Other Posts: 18 to 25 years 

Age Relaxation:

• OBC: 3 Years

• SC/ST: 5 Years

•  ESM: Total service rendered in armed force + 3 years

• PH (UR): 10 years

• PH (SC): 15 Years

• PH (ST): 15 Years

• PH (OBC): 13 Years
