MHRB Assam Interview for FSO Recruitment:

The candidates are requested to report in the Assam Administrative Staff College, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 for the Interview on the date and time mentioned in the schedule of the interview, which has been notified vide Notification no. MHRB/20/FSO/2019/1533 dated 28/09/2022 posted in the website of https://nhm.assam.gov.in.

Required Documents:

The candidates have to produce the Original documents for verification, at the time of Interview which are given below:

1. Admit Card of the Written Examination.

2. Downloaded Application.

3. Three nos. of self-attested passport size photographs.

4. Treasury Challan.

5. Age proof – Admit card of HSLC exam.

6. Mark sheets and Pass certificates of HSLC, HS, Degree, etc.

7. Additional Qualification, if any

8. Photo identity proof (Pan Card/Passport/Voter ID Card/Driving License).

9. Two Character certificates from Gazetted officer/Head of the Institution last attended.

10. Caste/EWS/PWD Certificate, if applicable.

11. No Objection Certificate from the employer, if applicable.

Two sets of self-attested photocopy of the documents as mentioned above must be submitted at the time

of verification.
