ADRE Grade III Skill Test Syllabus:
SLRC has going to conduct the Computer Test/ Skill Test as the second phase of Assam Direct Recruitment within the month of December 2022 for both Grade III & IV posts. In this section candidates can read the syllabus of Skill Test/ Computer Test/ Practical Test.

1. Category-I (HSSLC/HSSLC in Science):
• Syllabus for MS Word: Document Creation, Basic Formatting, Editing, Alignment and Printing.
• Syllabus for MS Excel: Basic Functionalities of Excel, Basic Formulae, Alignment and Printing.
• Syllabus for MS PowerPoint: Document Creation, Basic Formatting, Alignment and Printing.
2. Category-II (Bachelor Degree):
• Syllabus for MS Word: Document Creation, Formatting Document, Table Creation and Editing, Alignment and Printing.
• Syllabus for MS Excel: Intermediate Level Formatting, Intermediate Formulae, Conditional Math and Validation, Alignment and Printing.
• Syllabus for MS PowerPoint: Document Creation, Intermediate Formatting, Alignment and Printing.
3. Category-III (Degree with Diploma/ Library Science):
• Syllabus for MS Word: Document Creation and Editing, Detailed Formatting, References, Table Creation and Editing, Creating Numbered or Bulleted List and Modifying Characters, Alignment and Printing.
• Syllabus for MS Excel: Detailed Tables, Detailed Formulae, Formatting and Printing, Pivoting, Lookup Methods, Using Chart Wizards.
• Syllabus for MS PowerPoint: Document Creation, Detailed Formatting, Tables, Chart, Alignment and Printing.
Merit List:
• On the basis of the marks obtained in the written examination a list of all candidates shall be prepared in order of merit.
• Additionally, minimum qualifying marks, of the marks obtained in the written examination, for General Candidates and Candidates belonging to the different reserved categories, shall be determined by the Commission to short list candidates, from the above list, to be called for Computer test/ other test/ practical test in a ratio to be decided by the Commission.
• The Commission shall determine minimum qualifying marks for Computer test/ other test/ practical test.
• Candidates securing less than the qualifying marks in the Computer test/ other test/ practical test shall not be eligible for selection.
The final merit list for Class III and IV posts shall be based on the total marks obtained in the written examination and Computer Test or Other Test or Interview.

Maximum Qualification: The maximum allowed educational qualification for Class-IV posts is HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent examination passed. Candidates having qualification higher than maximum qualification are not eligible to apply for these vacancy.

Name of Posts: Accountant, Cashier, Junior Assistant, LDA, Stenographer, etc.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Bachelor’s Degree with Computer Certificate/ Diploma of minimum 6 months duration.
➢ Grade III (Category II) Posts :
Name of Posts: Field Assistant, Fieldman, Foreman, Section Assistant, Soil Conservation Field Worker Junior, Agriculture Extension Officer, etc.
No of Posts: 2179 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed HSSLC or class 12th or equivalent examinations. (Some specific posts need candidates to be class 12th passed from science stream.)
➢ Grade III (Category III) Posts :
Name of Post: Driver
No of Posts: 1,120 posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed HSLC or equivalent examination.
Other Criteria for Assam Direct Recruitment 2022:
Age Limit: The Candidate should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years as on 1st January 2022.
Age Relaxation: The category wise upper age relaxation is as mentioned below.
• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC/MOBC: 3 years
• Ex-Servicemen: 2 years
• PwD: 10 years
Citizenship: Candidates must be a citizen of India.
Employment Exchange Registration: Candidates must have register their name in any one of the employment exchanges of Assam.
Application Fee for Assam Direct Recruitment 2022:
The candidates have to pay an Application Fee through online mode. The category-wise application fee is given below:
